Tuition and Payment Policy

Tuition and Payment Policy (Daycare)

Payments must be made in advance and may be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You will be notified if an account is 30 days past due. You will have 2 weeks to make a payment in order for the child to remain enrolled in the center. Non-payment or late payment is cause for termination of enrollment in the childcare with no notice required by the center. The center accepts cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. A fee will be charged on all returned checks. We reserve the right to demand cash or charge after receiving a returned check. All our rates are subject to change and you will be notified at least a month before it takes effect.

Tuition and Payment Policy (Academy)

  • All tuition and fees for Wilmington Junior Academy must be paid by one of the following options:
  • Pay 100% of the tuition/fees directly to the school by the first day of school. There is a 5% discount on tuition if payment for the full year is made by the first day of school.
  • Make 10 monthly installments (August through May) via FACTS on one’s checking or savings account. There is an administration fee for this monthly payment program each year required by FACTS.
  •  Families have the option to pay the remaining tuition in full at any point after the start of the school year; however, the 5% discount would not apply.
  • All those not paying in full by the first day of the school year must enroll with FACTS.

Late enrollment: Students enrolling after Labor Day will be charged a pro-rated tuition rate based on the number of days of school remaining. Registration and School Supply fees are to be paid in full regardless of when the student enrolls.

Early Withdrawal: If a student withdraws from school at any time during the school year prior to the beginning of May, there will be a refund of tuition on a pro-rated basis daily. The Registration and School Supply Fee is nonrefundable.

Statements will be sent to parents via email on a monthly basis. When requested, a paper copy of a statement can be handed to parents at pickup/dismissal.

Tuition rates are subject to change from year to year.

Payment of the remaining balance must be received before student records are released.
